Teach The Word
Teaching the Bible is crucial for the life of the church. We are committed to teaching the Word of God in a way that is faithful to the overarching story of redemption. We are committed to the teachings of Jesus so that our lives look like that of Christ. We believe the teachings of Jesus are a way of life, not a rule book. Therefore, we create opportunities for learning and memorizing scripture for the purpose of putting the teachings of Jesus into practice.

Love The World
The command to love our neighbors as well as our enemies is part of living a life like Jesus. In order to bring the message of love and reconciliation to the world, we believe that the church exists to serve the world outside its walls. We don't expect the world to come to us to receive this love, so we go to them. We believe that caring for and meeting the needs in our communities and building relationships with people outside the church is necessary for living a life of love. This means our love for people is not just empty words but comes to life through our actions. We love people as they are.

Connect The Church
We don't think human beings were meant to be alone. It's very possible to live life in random meaningless connections with others, but we were created to live a life that connects with people in deeper ways for the purpose of encouraging, supporting, and serving one another. Connecting people in the church is how we live in an authentinc community so that we teach each other how to live like Christ.
